Quitoque ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท

Quitoque is the leading meal-kit delivery company in France, with more than 150 employees. They raised โ‚ฌ4.4 million to grow their business in the country. While their main focus is on B2C, they wanted to explore B2B, and I led this project for a month with a small team.

I was responsible for finding mid-sized companies interested in services like meal-kit delivery or cooking classes. I used cold calling to set up 32 meetings in one month. However, the B2B offer didnโ€™t fit the companiesโ€™ needs, so Quitoque decided to stop the project, which is why it was short.

Jobbatical ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ช 

Jobbatical is an all-in-one employee relocation service that handles everything from immigration to settling in and renewals. The company raised $11.8 million to further expand its services. I worked with them for 11 months, specifically to help them enter the French market. 

My role involved prospecting mid-market and large-cap companies through a multichannel approach, combining cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach. On average, I was able to book five meetings per week with companies such as Nestlรฉ, Credit Agricole and TotalEnergies. In addition to my core role, I also worked on side projects, including establishing a partnership with a large HR community to enhance our sales outreach efforts. When I joined, the team had been focusing solely on email prospecting, so I also helped introduce cold calling and LinkedIn strategies to diversify our approach.

Datawords ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท

Datawords is the first multicultural performance platform that helps brands grow internationally, with over 850 employees and freelancers in Europe and Asia.

I worked with them for 7 months on three main tasks. First, I created detailed prospect lists for the sales team, saving them time and providing over 1,000 prospects. Second, I cleaned up their CRM, Pipedrive, and set rules to ensure it was used correctly and updated regularly. I also suggested tools to improve their prospecting, like using emails and LinkedIn. Finally, I managed a small client portfolio (Sephora, Chloรฉ, Drug) when the account manager left, handling contracts worth 5-10K euros.

Delivurr ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ

Delivurr is a comprehensive office food service provider that I had previously worked with during my time at American Express. The owner reached out to me again to help him expand in the Canadian market, specifically in Quebec. 

Over the four months I worked with him, I was responsible for managing the full sales cycle, including account management. My main focus was cold calling, and I consistently brought in around two new clients per month.

Rzilient ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ

Rzilient is an all-in-one platform that simplifies IT asset management by combining HR and IT expertise. They raised โ‚ฌ2.7 million to expand in Europe.

My role was to help grow the French market by prospecting mid-sized companies through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn. Over my 2-month mission, I scheduled 2-3 meetings per week. 

Reachtop KSHK ๐Ÿ‡ญ๐Ÿ‡ฐ

Reachtop KSHK is a licensed CPA firm that helps business owners move their operations to Hong Kong, taking care of accounting, secretarial, and other services. 

For five months, I managed the CEOโ€™s LinkedIn profile, focusing on optimizing his profile, creating content, and prospecting potential clients. Through my efforts, his LinkedIn presence grew significantly, resulting in an average of one new client per month and expanding his network internationally.

Whistleblower Partners ๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ฐ

Whistleblower Partners provides a comprehensive whistleblowing solution to help companies comply with the EU Whistleblower Protection Directive. 

My mission was to develop the French market over a four-month period, targeting mid-market companies using cold calling. I was responsible for managing the full sales cycle, with leads provided by the marketing department. I was able to schedule around four meetings per week, but unfortunately, I didnโ€™t manage to close any deals. After this period, with input from other sales professionals, the company decided to halt their efforts in the French market as the offer wasnโ€™t well-suited for French companies.

Yunaelish & Associates Law Firm ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฉ

Yunaelish & Associates Law Firm is a legal service provider based in Bali, offering advice to help clients make informed decisions regarding their legal issues. 

Over four months, I was responsible for managing the LinkedIn profile of the founder, optimizing both the personal and company pages, creating content, and prospecting potential clients. My work significantly boosted their online presence, generating new client leads, attracting attendees to webinars, and sparking inbound interest in their services.

Smile Talent ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท

Smile Talent is a recruitment agency specializing in hiring sales professionals in the tech sector. The co-founders previously held managerial positions at Indeed and Monster and recently decided to create their own agency.

I am currently working with them, from the search to the contract signing stage, targeting European companies of all sizes through LinkedIn outreach and emailing. There are no results yet, as this is a new project, and I dedicate very little time to it (commission-based only).

BatiFire ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท

BatiFire is a technology that digitizes the safety of private and public buildings while simplifying the management of regulatory compliance. With a team of 10 people, I am currently focused on scheduling meetings primarily with municipalities, hospitals and private companies.

Using an already provided database, my role involves making between 90 and 100 cold calls each day, accompanied by emails, to schedule meetings with sales directors. The approach is a mix of cold leads (60%) and warm leads (40%), and I successfully book between 2 and 4 meetings per day.

Tech Talents ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท

Tech Talents is a socially responsible Salesforce integrator that addresses issues related to CRM, ticketing, e-signatures, and more, primarily in the sports industry with clients like Accor Arena. They have a team of 10 employees and have also developed a solution to optimize the management of B2B suites in the hospitality sector.

Currently working for them, my role involves reaching out to businesses within the sports industry, from small companies to large organizations, including sports clubs, sports leagues, and other companies in the industry, through cold calls and emails. We are exploring the possibility of setting up outreach via LinkedIn and WhatsApp. No results yet, as this is a new project.

Webino ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท

Webino specializes in creating and optimizing modern WordPress websites, designing impactful logos, and running customized digital campaigns. The team consists of fewer than 5 people.

I worked with them for two months, dedicating one day a week to reaching out to SMEs looking to optimize or create websites, through cold calls and emails. During this period, I secured 2 opportunities but decided to end my services as the project wasn't very optimal.


AK Infinite ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

AK Infinite was created by a freelancer who established a full-service digital marketing agency that focuses on helping small businesses grow, primarily through public relations strategies like getting featured in renowned media outlets such as Forbes. 

My task was to assist in expanding their presence in the US market by relying solely on LinkedIn outreach. Over the course of a month, I was able to schedule 2-3 meetings with potential clients.

Ikigai Production is a freelancer specializing in creating immersive 360-degree video experiences. 

For one month, I worked on expanding their presence in the French mid-market, focusing on both cold calling and LinkedIn outreach. Despite my dedicated efforts, I was unable to secure any meetings during that time.

Strategic Leader is a small company that develops marketing tools, like point-of-purchase displays in supermarkets, for well-known brands. 

For 2 months, I focused on cold calling top brands in France, scheduling about 2 meetings per week.

Bandcast is a professional training institute offering training in areas like AI, productivity, modern sales, and customer relations. They have successfully trained over 2,500 employees and were ranked as a top three training provider by Les Echos. 

I had the opportunity to assist them during a brief mission, where I provided coaching to their sales team in a series of sessions. This was a particularly memorable experience as it marked my first time coaching other salespeople.

Pinpo ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท

Pinpo is an inbound sales agency that specializes in managing sales requests through SMS and WhatsApp. 

My mission with them lasted for one week, and during this time, I handled over 50 inbound requests from potential prospects, helping to manage and respond to their inquiries efficiently. 

Virtual Studio Production ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ

Virtual Studio Production is a freelancer specializing in 360-degree video production. 

Over a one-month period, I managed the LinkedIn profile of the founder, focusing on optimizing the profile and creating content to attract potential clients. By the end of the month, their profile had gained visibility, and several interested prospects had reached out to inquire about the services.

Akhimi ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท

Akhimi is a company created by a freelancer CTO who concentrates on serving the French market. 

My role was to help expand his market reach by prospecting on LinkedIn. During the one-month period, I dedicated my efforts to outreach, but despite my best attempts, I wasn't able to book any meetings.
